Wii-nkin Park:Second Opinion
Got Wii Play as promised on Friday. It's pretty fun. I like playing pool. It's also got a game like Duck Hunt, which is very cool. Also got Trauma Center:Second Opinion from Gamefly. I'm not into the story at all, but the surgery stuff is fun. I'm saving lives, dammit!
I also downloaded the new Linkin Park album Minutes To Midnight. I have to say that it is pretty weak. I thought that Meteora was ok, but I think this proves that these guys were only good for one album. Maybe the re-mixes will be better.

The Shirtkin!
I had a great idea for a new product today. The Shirtkin!
Ever find yourself at a restaurant with slow service? You're digging into the complimentary rolls or chips and salsa when you realize they forgot to give you the silverware wrapped in a napkin! Normally, you would have to sit there and wait while your face stayed covered with food, but no more!!
Introducing The Shirtkin. This revolutionary design takes the convenience of a napkin and combines it with the style and brovado of a shirt. No longer will you and your tablemates be stuck with messy fingers and sad faces. Now you can wipe them off and get on with your life.
Patented technology makes the Shirtkin the perfect accessory. Just put it on and go! You can wipe anything on it. Mustard? No problem! Chili? No problem! Blood? No problem!! The Shirtkin is that powerful.
Order today and we will include RaneCo's newest invention, sleevenex. The tissue that doubles as a sleeve! That's two great products for the low price of six easy payments of $14.99. That's our lowest price ever!

Music and Twitter
I downloaded a few albums the other day. The new Arctic Monkeys, Dinosaur Jr. and Porcupine Tree. All three are excellent, although the Porcupine Tree stuff might not be for everyone.
I also just installed a cool application that will send Twitter updates from my Xbox 360. So, it should show what I'm playing and whatnot. Pretty cool idea. We shall see if it works.

Spider-Man 3
We saw Spider-Man 3 tonight. We first went to Metro Cinema which is an IMAX theater. The screen is huge, but there aren't a lot of seats, which isn't cool. The movie fucked up about 30 minutes in, so they canceled the rest of the show. Real nice.
We got our money back and decided to head over to another theater to see it. We got there just in time and were able to watch it in its entirety.
Overall, I'm happy with the movie. I think there were a few things that were a little too convenient like the meteor with the symbiote landing right where Peter and Mary Jane were. And I'm still wondering when the hell Peter learned to play the piano and to dance. Bruce Campbell was, of course, genius.
All in all it was a decent evening, capped off by some delicious beer. Who could ask for anything more?

Pearl Jam
In June, Pearl Jam are releasing a 7-disc box set of their live shows at the Gorge. This is going to be so awesome. No matter how much live PJ I hear, it's just never enough.
Also, they're headlining Lollapalooza this year. Not that we will go, but it's good that they're doing it.

There's Doin's a Transpirin'!
I downloaded and played on the new Gears of War maps last night with KBB7769. Good times. Pure pwnage was handed out...by him. The new maps are pretty sweet. Worth $10? I guess. I paid it since I didn't want to wait till September for them to become free.
My e-mail was read on the Xbox360 Fancast this week. I criticized Knuckles Dawson for talking to fast and saying FTW too much. I have to admit I was a little drunk when I sent that. I hope he didn't take it wrong. It's hard to convey sarcasm in an e-mail. He's obviously a winner.

GWJ FTW!!!1!
My sister Phoenix and I were mentioned and played on Episode 29 of the Gamers With Jobs podcast. Our contest entries look to be the 2nd and 3rd runners up. Not too bad. We got the show mentioned and stuff, so that's good.
