We went to the Live8 event on Saturday night. It was basically a birthday party for the
radio station we listen to. I was really excited to see Bowling for Soup and I was not disappointed.
BFS has to be the funniest band I've ever seen. Not that many bands try to be funny. Most are so serious it's depressing.
They opened the show with a monologue on 80's hair metal that was funnier than either of the comedians that performed at the show. Then, once they started, it was a constant stream of hilarity. They even stopped mid-song for a photo op (below). Awesome!
